Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped on the same day, Monday to Friday as long as the order is received before 1:00pm. All deliveries are through our nominated carriers on a signed for basis. We will email you when we dispatch the goods .
Please try and be available to take delivery of the goods on the day of delivery. If you are out the driver will leave a card and try and re deliver the next working day.
Should delivery still not be made the goods will return to us and you may be charged for the wasted postage costs.

Delivery to Mainland UK (orders under £100 NET of VAT) - £6.50 + VAT

Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are entitled to return goods and receive a refund or credit on the sum, minus a 15% restocking fee.
We would encourage purchasers to use our "Try before you buy" free samples service to avoid mis-ordering. Simply email email@example.com to tell us which product samples you'd like to receive.
Requesting a return or refund
You must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of submitting the returns request. They must arrive undamaged and in their original packaging.
