Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped on the same day, Monday to Friday as long as the order is received before 1:00pm. All deliveries are through our nominated carriers on a signed for basis. We will email you when we dispatch the goods .
Please try and be available to take delivery of the goods on the day of delivery. If you are out the driver will leave a card and try and re deliver the next working day.
Should delivery still not be made the goods will return to us and you may be charged for the wasted postage costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are entitled to return goods – other than printed or bespoke products – and receive a refund or credit on the sum paid. In order to process this, you must contact us with this request within 7 working days of receipt of goods and we must receive the goods, undamaged, at our warehouse within 14 working days of receipt.
